Founder
Our Story
SPEEDels Services, Inc. was founded by the late Engr. Edgardo N. Reyes, former Vice President of Manila Electric Company (MERALCO), and was incorporated on July 16, 1998.
Its primary purpose is to provide services to MERALCO through the prompt delivery of electric bills in its Rosario and Calamba Business Centers after the company downsized some of its operations in response to Department Order No. 174 of the Department of Labor and Employment.
The company got its name “SPEEDels” as a reference to speeding up the delivery of MERALCO electric bills to customers amid mounting delays in handling them.
SPEEDels’ principal address is located at No. 797 P. Burgos Street, San Roque, Cavite City. It has operations offices at FMR Building in Honrada Compound, Barangay Tejeros Convention, Rosario, Cavite, which handles the Cavite operations, and at JSO One Building, California Street, Landmark Subdivision, Barangay Parian, Calamba City, which handles the Laguna operations.
Presently, the company has a fully subscribed authorized capital of ₱5.0 million.
