Every piece of personal information entrusted to us carries a responsibility to protect it with integrity, professionalism, and respect. Privacy protection is not merely a legal obligation; it is part of our corporate values and commitment to responsible service.

We apply the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality. We collect only information reasonably necessary, use it only for declared and lawful purposes, and protect it through appropriate organizational, physical, and technical safeguards.

Personal information collected through offline operations may be covered by separate privacy notices and internal policies.

3. Compliance with Philippine Data Privacy Laws

SPEEDels processes personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, applicable National Privacy Commission issuances, and other relevant Philippine laws. SPEEDels may process information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, evaluate business engagements, process employment applications, verify documents, communicate with applicants and business partners, operate and secure the website, prevent fraud, comply with legal and contractual duties, and establish or defend legal claims.

Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on consent, steps necessary before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, protection of lawful rights and interests, or another lawful basis recognized under Philippine law.

7. Recruitment and Employment Applications

Applicant information is used for recruitment, screening, verification, interview scheduling, selection, pre-employment processing, authorized talent-pool management, and lawful employment requirements. Access is limited to authorized personnel and officers with an official need to know.

Submission does not guarantee employment. Applicants must ensure that information and documents submitted are accurate, complete, and authentic. SPEEDels does not make final recruitment decisions solely through automated processing.

SPEEDels does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary and legally permitted to authorized SPEEDels personnel, service providers subject to confidentiality and data-protection duties, government authorities or courts when required by law, professional advisers, or other parties when valid consent or another lawful basis applies.

If information must be transferred outside the Philippines, SPEEDels will take reasonable steps to maintain appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical protection.
